NDIS, Medicare and Privately Funded Services

Community and Clinic-Based Sessions
Flexibility is key for us at Dindi Kids and we understand that children will need support in different environments. Depending on a family's goals, we offer sessions at local schools and kindergartens, parks, social groups and at our clinic on Downey St.
Autism Assessments
Dindi Kids offer multidisciplinary ADOS assessments. The ADOS is a standardised assessment used to assess symptoms consistent with ASD.

1-hour parent/caregiver interview. This will generally be done via zoom.

3-hour face-to-face ADOS assessment with 2 x certified practitioners. At Dindi Kids, the assessment will be completed with a Speech Pathologist and an Occupational Therapist.

1-hour liaison with school/kindergarten and other therapists.

2 hours of ADOS report writing.

1-hour parent/carer feedback session.

Please note that the ADOS is not a diagnostic assessment but rather an assessment used to highlight areas that are consistent with an ASD diagnosis. A final diagnosis needs to be made by your child’s paediatrician.

Parent Education
At Dindi Kids Therapy Hub, we believe in empowering parents to be active participants in their child's therapy journey. We love parents being involved in sessions and also offer parent education sessions to help understand your child's needs and how to support them at home.
